How to Delete a Blog Post on a Blogger Archive Page

An archive page is a page that has been "filed" and labeled as not current. Archived pages tend to be pages of content posted earlier than the newest one. Follow these steps to delete an archived blog post from blogger.com.

  • Internet access
  • Computer
Step1
Go to blogger.com
Step2
Sign in.
Step3
Click "View Blog."
Step4
Click "Customize."
Step5
Click on the "Posting" tab.
Step6
Under the "Posting" tab, click on "Edit Posts."
Step7
Search for the older (archived) posts you wish to delete and click on "Delete."

Tips & Warnings

  • Check "All" to see all of your posts. Some may be under "Drafts" and others under "Published."
  • Before deleting, check the posts for content that you may wish to use in the future.
  • Once deleted, the post(s) cannot be retrieved.
