Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Palm PDA
  1. Step 1

Check your Palm PDA and make sure you have Palm OS version 3.0 or higher.

  2. Step 2

Clear out your PDA's unused applications to free up enough available memory (350 kb of free memory, plus more for each book you wish to download).

  3. Step 3

Check out the available options on the eReader Web site.

  4. Step 4

Decide whether you want the free version or the pro version, which ranges in price from $14.95 to $22.95. Download the software of the version you choose onto your computer.

  5. Step 5

Transfer the eReader files from your computer to your PDA. Run a search on the Internet for eBooks and choose a book you like.

  6. Step 6

Purchase that book and beam it from your computer to your PDA.

  7. Step 7

Launch the eReader application from your PDA. Choose "Open" from the options menu and highlight your book.

Tips & Warnings
  • Determine how much you would want to read on your PDA to help decide whether you should buy the Pro version of eReader.
  • Keep the confirmation number of each book purchase in case it is not delivered to you. Check the eReader Web site frequently to look for updates and improvements.
  • Never delete the books from your hard drive or PDA in case you wish to read them again later.
  • Each book and software update uses more memory on your PDA.
