1. Go to the Palm Web site. Select the country or region where you live and click on link. When you are automatically directed to the main page for your country or region, skip to the next step.
2. Click on the “Support" tab located in the top right-hand region of the page. Then customer support in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Click on the link for repairs. Click on the “Troubleshooting before you start a repair” link at the end of the first paragraph called “Do you need a repair?”
4. Type a short question about the problem you are having with your Palm PDA in the “Ask a question” textbox. Match the model name for your Palm PDA with one in the drop-down menu provided under the “About” heading. Click on the “Go” button.
5. Select the problem that most closely matches the problem you are having with your Palm PDA. Follow the directions provided for troubleshooting the problem. If the problem persists, try another question. When troubleshooting does not solve your problem, return to the Customer Support page by using the “Back” button on your browser.
