Go to the Skype Web site (see link below). Or, depending on your settings, Skype may automatically pop up on your screen.

Verify that you have already purchased Skype voicemail.

Click on "Voicemail Notification" found on the Start tab. You may also access your voicemail messages from the "Call List" tab.

Select "Voicemail Messages." Your messages will be displayed.

Press the round green button to the right of the message you want to hear. This will play the selected message.

Use the recommended Windows versions 1.2.0.41 for better quality.
Wear a headset or headphones for the best results.
Have an alternate system in place for emergency calling.

After several weeks of being ripped off by T-Mobile I have subscribed to Skype's VOIP service. So far it seems quite good, cheaper than T-Mobile, and they're not stealing my minutes as T-Mobile was doing. But their website is very badly designed - impossible to find information. They need to post a downloadable "How to" manual.
