Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • lubricant oil (found in hardware stores)
  • Old rags
  • a little old coffee can or a old cup
  1. Step 1

    Ride your bike so you can shift in the highest gear.

  2. Step 2

    Place rags on the tires incase any lubricant spills start by lubeing the back derailleur lube the spring in the rear derailleur place a cup under it incase any thing leaks out wipe it clean.

  3. Step 3

    Then lube the front derailleur stay in the higest gear repeat the steps in step 2.

Tips & Warnings
  • you should lube your derailleur every 2 or 3 months depending on how much you use your bike
  • WD-40 is not a lubricant it will pick up lots of grim
  • me with WD-40
