Connect to the Internet. Use a high-speed connection to expedite the process.

Find an image you like. Save it on your computer.

Log into Yahoo. Use your Yahoo ID and password to log into Yahoo's network. If you don't have a Yahoo account, you can set one up for free at Yahoo.com.

Locate the PageWizards program at the GeoCities website (see resources). Click one of the PageWizards examples that fits your purpose.

Select "Create new page" or "Edit existing page," depending on the task you are performing.

Follow the onscreen commands by selecting "Next" until you reach a window entitled "Pick your picture."

Select "Use your own image." To select an image from your computer you have not uploaded yet, select "Upload new image."

Browse your computer until you find the correct image and double-click it. Follow the onscreen instructions until you've finished preparing your Web page.
