Wash and trim Brussel Sprouts - Cut off the bottom stem and discard any discolored leaves.

Thinly slice/shred each sprout as if you were making coleslaw - Brussel Sprouts are part of the cabbage family. It's easiest if you slice in half first through the core, then lay each side flat to slice.

Heat enough olive oil in the skillet until hot but not smoking.

Stir fry the Brussel Sprouts until cooked (either soft or crisp tender depending on how you like them!), adding salt and pepper to taste.
