Using the charger that came with your PDA, It's easy to recharge the device's battery. Follow these steps to learn how to safely recharge your PDA battery.

Things You'll Need:

  • Electrical outlet
  • Battery charger
  • PDA
  1. Step 1

    Read your instruction manual before plugging your Palm PDA (personal digital assistant) into an electrical outlet. Make sure you have the proper battery charger.

  2. Step 2

    Plug the charger into an electrical outlet. Then plug in your PDA. Recharge time will depend on how depleted your battery is, and can range from 30 minutes to several hours.

  3. Step 3

    Once the battery is completely charged, remove the plug from the PDA device first.Then remove the charger from the wall outlet.

Tips & Warnings
  • As your battery charger ages, you may not be able to fully charge your battery. If you’re upgrading Palm handheld devices, it's best to invest in a new charger.
  • Be sure to check the voltage on your plug before plugging in your PDA. Too much voltage could damage your PDA.
