If you’re up to date on the latest technology, you’ve heard of podcasting. Podcasts are like radio on demand, with recorded messages, songs and stories on millions of topics. Not only can you listen to podcasts, but you also can make podcasts of your own. A popular method to advertise your podcasts is to place them on your Web site. Another way is to use a Yahoo! Podcast Badge as a link to your podcast. Here's how to create a podcast for your site and add a podcast badge.

Instructions

1. Decide what you would like your podcast to be about.
   

2. Make sure your have the proper equipment. You'll need a computer with Internet connection, a microphone, sound-recording software and an MP3 encoder.
   

3. Record your podcast. Choose a quiet area without interference. Press "Record" to start, and press "Stop" to finish.

5. Share your Podcast using RSS feed.
   

6. List your RSS feed on podcast directories so that others can find you.
