How to Print Business Cards With a Laser Printer

Things You'll Need

• Laser printer
• Computer
• Blank business card printer paper

Instructions

1. Turn the printer on. Allow your printer time to warm up if necessary.

2. Discover which type of cardstock you will be using. Look on the box of business cards for the size.

3. Click "Tools" from the pull down menu. This is usually found at the top of the screen.

4. Select "Envelopes and labels."

5. Provide the information you wish to print in the designated area. Double-check it is correct.

6. Click "Options" to specify custom sizing and margins. Choose the type and size of business card and the product number.

7. Select "Full page of the same label" if you want a full page. Choose "Single label" for just one card.

8. Insert your blank business cards into the manual feed of your printer.

9. Click "Print." Wait for your professional business cards to finish.

• Choose one of the recommended fonts, Arial or Geneva, in a size between 11 and 14.
