Step 1
The best photo mugs start with a great picture. Digital pictures are best. Some companies will allow you to mail a picture in and have it scanned (mine included) The larger the picture, generally the better quality photo mug. Usually a 2 Mega pixel or greater camera will take a picture that is excellent for photo mugs.

Step 2
Once you have your digital picture (or 2 for two sided mugs), copy them to an easy to find location on your computer. (like the desktop) Log on to a photo site that offers photo mugs.

My Company, provides a unique service but is sometimes a little more expensive than other sites. We have live human beings that touch up and format the picture before it is printed. Other sites will print exactly what you upload.

At some point you have to upload your pictures to their server. DO NOT DOWNLOAD special software to do this. You never know what you may be installing on your computer. All web browser' s already have a secure picture upload window built in that will not compromise the security of your computer. Most Upload screens will have a browse button. When you click on that button a small window will pop up that will allow you to navigate to your digital file. (This window is secure and no one else can see what you are looking at.) once you find your digital picture, double click on the picture and it will upload to the photo company. Depending on your internet connection and your picture size it could take anywhere from 10 seconds to 3 minutes to upload. Usually after your upload is complete you can view your picture on the web site. After you have uploaded all your pictures, you my edit your picture or add special instructions. Then follow the next steps to complete your purchase.
