How to Block an Annoying Person on MySpace

Every once and a while you will run into someone on MySpace that is either socially inept or just plain annoying. When this happens, you need to block this person from contacting you. Follow these steps to learn how to block an annoying person on MySpace.

Things You'll Need

• Internet access
• MySpace account
• Computer

Instructions

1. Log into MySpace. To complete this step you will need your user name and password.

2. Find the profile of the person who is annoying you. This should be easy, since they have been sending you messages or bulletins about things you don't care about.

3. Click on their profile and go to their profile screen. This will get a set of options once you are there.

4. Look for the option "block user." Click the "block user" link.

5. You will be presented with the question of whether or not you want to block the user. Click "ok."

6. The user is now blocked from contacting you.

Tips & Warnings

• Don't worry about letting them know they have been blocked.

• You can always unblock a user later.

• Make sure you really want to block the person before blocking them.
