Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are islands located in the Caribbean Sea off the coast of Central America. The Grenadines are a chain of small islands: Bequia, Mustique, Canouan, Mayreau, Tobago Cays, Palm Island, Petit Saint Vincent and Union Island. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines became part of a British colony in 1871 and became independent in 1969.

  • Car insurance is mandatory.
  • Pack casual resort attire for wear during the day. Due to local customs, do not wear swimwear on the street or in shops and restaurants.

  • Hurricane season officially runs from June to November in the Caribbean.
