It’s almost time for holiday gatherings with friends and family. It is your turn to host Christmas dinner and your bar is empty. Read on to learn more about stocking your bar with festive drinks for the winter holidays.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Daquiri mix
  • Rum
  • Red and green plastic swords
  • Whipped cream
  • Kahlua
  • Hot chocolate
  • Tequila
  • Coffee
  • Red wine
  • Margarita mix
  • Limes
  1. Step 1

Make sure you have a few bottles of red wine. You can buy decent wine for about $10 a bottle.

  2. Step 2

Hot chocolate is a must-have for the holidays. For a kick, mix in Kahlua with the hot chocolate and top with whipped cream.

  3. Step 3

After dinner, your guests will probably be a little tired. Serve coffee to perk them up. Add Kahlua to the coffee and you have great after dinner cocktails.

  4. Step 4

Make margaritas. Be sure to have margarita mix and tequila to make refreshing drinks for your guests. Celebrate the holidays by making red margaritas. There are two ways to make red margaritas. You can buy red margarita mix or buy clear margarita mix and blend with some red and green Skittles. Garnish the side of the margarita glasses with a slice of lime.

  5. Step 5

Have strawberry or raspberry daiquiri mix and rum available. Red daiquiris will add to the holiday spirit.

  6. Step 6

Stock your bard with cranberry juice. Cranberry juice and vodka is another simple red drink to add to the holiday spirit.

  7. Step 7

Make punch with juice, fresh fruit and vodka. For example, you could use cranberry juice, vodka, watermelons, oranges, berries and other fruit to make a fabulous punch.

  8. Step 8

Purchase green and red plastic swords so your guests can mix their drinks.
