How to Download Drivers for an Inkjet Printer

• User's manual

1. Read your user’s manual. Find the manufacturer’s Web site. This information can also usually be found somewhere on the printer itself.

2. Log on to the Web page. Under the search feature, enter “Download Printer Drivers.”

3. Follow the directions on the screen to download the driver specific to your printer. Make sure not to skip a step or move on before a step is completed.

4. When the download is complete, make sure to restart both your computer and your printer.
