• USB to PS/2 adapter

1. Buy a reliable USB to PS/2 adapter.
2. Install the drivers for the USB adapter using the CD provided with the adapter. Some adapters don’t require software installation. If you have a Windows XP operating system, the drivers should be installed automatically once you connect the mouse.
3. Connect the mouse's USB connector to the adapter.
4. Connect the adapter to the PS/2 port of the computer. The computer will usually detect the new hardware and install the drivers automatically. Your USB mouse is ready to use.
