Think about what you want to spend on the Palm PDA. Expect to pay at least $150.00 for a Palm PDA that displays pictures. One of the least expensive Palm PDAs that has picture capability is the Tungsten E2.

Think about the use of the Palm PDA. You may want to have a PDA that takes pictures or plays mp3s.

Make sure that the Palm PDA has enough memory. You will need at least 32 MB of RAM and a 200MHz processor to display pictures on a Palm PDA. Pictures may display on PDA models with less memory and processor speed, but the memory will fill up and the processor will get bogged down easily.
