Tips & Warnings
Not all computers come with Microsoft Word these days. You can find other programs on the Web specifically for printing envelopes.
Almost all computers come with a word processor. If you can't find Word, look for Microsoft Works Word Processor, WordPerfect, MacWord or other bundled word processors that came with your computer.
If your word processor does not have an envelope feature, simply left align the return address, leave two blank lines, then center your delivery address. Then follow steps four through seven.
Refer to your manual. Some printers take special considerations when printing on special media.
As a last resort, you can use Mac's TexteEditor or Window's Wordpad. These are highly inferior text editing tools but will get the job done with a little extra effort.
Apply the stamp last in case of printer error.
