You can use an ezine to stay in regular contact with clients or employees or you can use an ezine to promote the sale of products or services. For an ezine to be productive, it should be delivered via email on a regular basis. To keep members interested and staying on your ezine list, you will want to provide fresh content. A great way to find this content or articles to include in an ezine is by searching in Yahoo Groups. It's not difficult at all to follow the steps below and find plenty of articles for your ezine.

In the search box where it says "Find a Yahoo! Group" you will want to type phrases like "Articles for ezines," "Free articles," or "Content for newsletters."

Tips & Warnings
  • Most of the free articles for ezines or newsletters will have stipulations such as free to use but don't change anything or you must include the byline (who wrote the article) in your ezine. Others may require a link to a certain Web site, so you will have to decide for yourself if you want to follow these requirements before you use the article.
  • When looking for Yahoo Groups watch for ones with lots of members, also listed under the title of the group. The more members means more articles are available.
  • Make sure you do not do your search in the search box at the top of the page where it just says "Search." This box will search the World Wide Web, not just Yahoo Groups.
