Instructions

    • 1

Locate the RCA inputs on your TV. Most models will have the yellow-red-white connections on the front, side or back of the TV.

    • 2

Attach all RCA cables to the input on your TV according to color. This will ensure that you have enough length on the cable to stretch from your camcorder to your TV.

    • 3

Attach the other end of the RCA cable to your camcorder, again according to color.

    • 4

Turn on your camcorder and TV. Turn the television to the channel which displays the camcorder footage. This could be channel 3, Input 1 or Aux on many standard televisions.

    • 5

Insert the tape and press play on your camcorder and be sure that the footage is shown on the television. If it is not, check that the cables are secure, and that the television is on the proper channel.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you don't have a yellow-red-white connection on your TV, you may consider purchasing an RF modulator to convert that signal to RF or coaxial.

  • If you are using S-video, disregard the yellow cable and plug in only the red and white cables.

  • If you cannot find the correct channel and your video is not playing on your TV, go back through and make sure all cables are properly connected and that there is not a short circuit somewhere.

  • Don't change the channels on your TV until you are finished with steps 5 and 6. This will save you time and allow you to find the channel easier.
