Once you have created a Web page using Yahoo! PageBuilder, you should save it so it can be published on your Web site. Saving a Web page is a straightforward and easy process. Simply follow these steps.

Things You'll Need:

  • GeoCities account
  • Web page
  1. Step 1

    Log onto your GeoCities account at Yahoo.com and complete your Web page.

  2. Step 2

    Find the Save button in the toolbar.

  3. Step 3

    Enter the name of the page on the window on your screen.

  4. Step 4

    To overwrite an existing page, simply choose the page name on the list that appears.

  5. Step 5

    Click on Save once you have given your page a name or chosen an existing page to overwrite.

Tips & Warnings
  • Preview your page as you are working on it before you save it. One mistake can lead to another, and previewing your work can often save time in the long run.
  • Saving your page means it will be published on your Web site; yet another good reason to preview it.
  • You can use lower and uppercase letters, periods, underscores and dashes when naming your page.
  • Do not use any special characters when you name your pages.
  • Do not start the page's name with a period.
