How to Allow Others to Post to a Blogger Blog

Log in to your Blogger account and go to your dashboard.

Click on Settings, and then on Permissions.

Click Add Team Member.

Enter the e-mail addresses of the other people whom you want to have write for your blog.

Click Save Settings.

Wait for confirmation that the new team members have joined your blog.

Tips & Warnings
You can invite anyone to write in your Blogger blog but they will need to set up a Blogger account before they can join.
You can set the roles that new authors will have from author-able to post-to administrator-able to post and edit posts from all other authors as well.
