How to Advertise a Blog Using Articles

Want to get more attention for your blog but don't want to spend too much time reading other blogs in blog exchange communities? Why not submit articles as a way of advertising your blog. Here's how you can do it.

1. Write articles related to your blog's topic; if you write about business trends in your blog, write similar articles.
   
2. Create an effective resource box for your articles. A resource box should include your name, a brief biography and a link to your blog.
3. Submit the articles you've written to article directory sites. Make sure that, if the article is published elsewhere, your resource box is included
4. Avoid leaving your articles to be discovered. Submit your articles to the e-zines for publication consideration.

Tips & Warnings

• Rather than writing articles just for the sake of it, look closely at your blog entries to see if any could serve as stand-alone articles.
• Love to blog, but don't feel comfortable writing articles? Hire a company to write them for you.
