How to Select the Best Resolution for Snapfish Prints

You’ve just started an account on Snapfish and are ready to upload your digital photographs for prints. Selecting the best resolution is important before ordering your images.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet connection
  • Snapfish account
  • Computer
  • Digital camera
  1. Step 1

    Log in to your Snapfish account (see below).

  2. Step 2

    Click on the ‘Photos’ tab. This action will take you to your library.

  3. Step 3

    Click on the ‘Get hi-res photos’ tab followed by ‘Download photos’ tab in the photo toolbar on the right of the page.

  4. Step 4

    Enter billing information. You will have a chance to review and confirm your order before purchasing.

  5. Step 5

    Place your order. It may take a few minutes for the server to upload your files, so do not close your Web browser or visit another website.

  6. Step 6

    Download the zipped file and print your high-resolution images on your own printer.

Tips & Warnings
  • Once you’ve downloaded your photos, unzip them on your computer before you edit and print them.
  • Free links to zip software are found on the ‘download and receipt’ page.
  • It is recommended to use high resolution when printing photos 4X6 or larger. For online sharing and emailing photos, it is best to use a low resolution (between 72-150 dpi).
