Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • email address
  • digital photos saved on your hard drive
  1. Step 1

Register with Snapfish (see below). Fill in your name and email address and agree to the terms.

  2. Step 2

Upload photos. Once you are logged in, go to your homepage on Snapfish. Click Upload Photos. It should be in the top right in a yellow box labeled "Get Started!"

  3. Step 3

Name your album. Give it a title (the default is merely the date, but you can think of something better than that) and give the album a date. Add a description if you wish. Now, click Upload to this album.

  4. Step 4

Download software. Snapfish requires you to use their program called "QuickUpload" if you want to upload more than one photo at a time. Click the download button and the website will walk you through the process. Your browser might try to stop the software from installing, but Snapfish will tell you how to get around it.

  5. Step 5

Find your photos. You should be looking at the QuickUpload program (it runs inside your browser). Click the yellow Select Photos And Videos button. This will open a browser where you can find your photos. Select the folder and wait while the previews pop up.

  6. Step 6

Select photos. Click the box next to the pictures you want one at a time or click Select All if you want to upload every photo in the folder. Once you are done, click the yellow Upload Photos button.

  7. Step 7

Be patient. Depending on your internet connection, this may take awhile. Make sure to not close your browser or navigate away. You can track your progress with the yellow progress bar.

  8. Step 8

View your album. After it is done uploading, you should automatically be taken to the album you just uploaded. Click on each picture individually to view it.

  9. Step 9

Edit settings. Click the edit settings link in the green area on the top. Here, you can change the name of your album as well as pick a new cover photo. Pick one that is representative of the album for easier sorting.

  10. Step 10

Add more photos. If you want to add more, click the upload photos and videos button again. You can add to the album you just made by selecting it then clicking Add to This Album or you can create a new album if you'd like.
