Step 1
Passions
To find the right home business for you, start with your passions. List all the areas that you are passionate about, the things that you love doing, everything that excites you. Keep that list on hand when you make a decision about which opportunity to pursue and check that it relates to one of your passions. -
Step 2
Skills
We are all different and have unique skills. All skills can be developed. However, building on skills that you already have is a lot quicker than starting from scratch. Use what you are good at. -
Step 3
Support
Find people that support you. A team is always far more successful than individuals. Not only because more skills come together, but also because the interaction sparks ideas and motivates. Be clear on which talents are needed to complement your home business and find the best suppliers or subcontractors to supply that.

on 3/13/2009 I've always thought about a home based business. I just don't know what I would do that would keep me interested for years to come. I've always just worked at home to get paid in a week or two. I think I'll eventually try to put all of my independent contractor positions together as one home based business. I just learned you can do that. Thanks for the tips.JennThey're Accepting Applications!!http://www.document-do-it-yourself-service.com/jobs.html

on 9/30/2007 Finding something you are passionate about is key.
One reason alot of people want to quit their 9-5 job is that they absolutely hate what they are doing. Life is too short to waste doing something you don't enjoy! So if you are looking to start your own business, why not base it around something you are passionate about?
The neat thing is that if you are using a system that is automated, you can expand and build more businesses based on your other passions as well:)
