The basic search on SnagAJob is zip code based. Enter your zip code in the "Zip Code" field.

Click "Search Jobs" to view opportunities available in the specified zip code.

Click "More Search Options" located below the "Search Jobs" button in the "Search Jobs" section on the SnagAJob homepage. The advanced search options are displayed in the "Search Criteria" section of the resulting page.

Enter the required zip code in the "Enter Zip Code" field.

Select a distance you are willing to commute from the "Search Within" drop-down list.

Use the following optional fields to narrow your search: Filter the jobs by selecting an appropriate job category from the "Filter by Category" drop-down list. Use the "Per Page" drop-down list to select the number of postings you want to view on a single results page. Specify the desired job title in the "Enter Job Title" textbox and select the "Show Brief Job Descriptions" checkbox to view a job summary. Enter the required city name and select the relevant two letter state code.

Click "Search" to view opportunities matching the search criteria.

Scroll down to the last section named "Other Browsing Options" on the SnagAJob homepage. The links "Featured Employers," "City" and "State" show part time opportunities by companies, cities and states respectively. Explore the options as desired.
