How to Use iTunes to Browse Music

Find all your favorite songs in the iTunes Store. Read on to learn how to browse music in the iTunes Store.

Browsing for Music

1. Start iTunes.
2. Click on the "iTunes Store" link. You must be connected to the Internet at this point.
   
3. Click on the "Music" link in the iTunes Store panel.
4. Click on the "Browse" button on the right in the "Quick Links" panel.
5. Ensure "Music" is selected in the first panel.
   
6. Use the second panel to select the "Genre."
   
7. Use the third panel to select the category within the "Genre." For example, Easy Listening has Big Band, Bop, Lounge and Swing.
8. Use the fourth panel to select an "Artist."
9. Use the last panel to select the "Album" of the artist.
   
10. The songs available will be listed in the bottom panel.
    
    
11. Double-click on any of the song titles to hear a 30 second preview.

Tips & Warnings

• If you get lost in the iTunes store, there are two great ways to find your way. Use the "Home" button to get back to the main page and start again. Use the triangle arrow buttons to move one page back or forward at a time.
