Enter the link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page in your internet browser to get to the Main Page of Wikipedia. You can also key in 'Wikipedia' in search engines Google or Yahoo.

Go to the top right corner of the page. Click on 'Create account' and register by providing your username and a unique password. The account gets created immediately and the username you selected will display on top of the page.

Enter the address http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page in your internet browser to access the main page. You can also enter Wikipedia by keying 'Wikipedia' in search engines Google or Yahoo.

Write the name of the subject in the search box and click on 'Go' or press 'enter.'

Press on 'Edit this page' or 'edit' on the each section of the page. This will take you to 'edit page.'

Make the necessary corrections in the edit page using the Wikipedia Manual of Style.

Sign your corrections and timestamp them. For example, use four tildes '~' to timestamp any edit.

Provide at least one reason for making the correction in the 'edit summary' box.

See changes in the article by clicking the 'show preview' button.

Save the page and submit to Wikipedia for approval.
