How to Write an Online Restaurant Review
Online restaurant reviews offer great insight into the dining experiences of regular people. Reviews by food critics, connoisseurs or celebrities often seem biased or premeditated. If you are thinking of writing an online restaurant review, ideally you should consider it as a public service instead of using it as a platform to vent your frustrations. Here's how to write an online restaurant review.
Instructions

1
Go online and find some of the Web sites that provide a platform for food enthusiasts to write about their dining experiences (see below).
-
2
Sign up and register at the Web site of your choice as most will not accept anonymous postings and will require you to register.
-
-
3
Search for the restaurant you wish to review by following the search procedure of the reviewing Web site.
-
4
Write about your good or bad dining experiences in the eating establishment. You can talk about the ambience, behavior of the wait staff, service, quality and quantity of food, price, music and so on.

Be precise, honest and insightful.

6
Submit the review after giving a quick once-over to what you have written.

Tips & Warnings
Write about your experience in the restaurant as a whole and not just about the food or the dish you have ordered and enjoyed/disliked. Remember, you are writing a 'restaurant' review, and not a menu item review.
Do not rant or write lengthy description of your experiences. Most readers only want an honest opinion from a fellow diner.
