Choose a place to put your ad. You can sell it through auction on ebay, or choose another Web site that specializes in car sales.

Place an ad by following the directions on the Web site that you have chosen.
Step 3

Upload digital images of your car–—the more pictures, the better.
Step 4

Be prepared for calls at all hours about your car.
Step 5

Once an offer is made, conduct the transaction in person if possible.
Step 6

Receive payment, then ship the car or allow it to be picked up.
