on 12/30/2008 Congratulations that someone else knows the Web is a proper noun and spelled with a capital W. I would like to have seen more of an explanation with each step. I have seen sites that put up one paragraph and 3 one sentence steps. It makes me feel like no effort went into the article. I rate them only 3 stars for effort.
