How to Convert USD to GBP Using Google

Google Calculator allows you to convert currencies. If you want to convert US Dollars (USD) to Great Britain Pounds (GBP), here's how to do it.

Instructions

1. Go to the Google search homepage, www.google.com.

2. Enter the number of USD you want to convert followed by ‘in GBP’. E.g. “40 USD in GBP”.

3. If you do not have a specific number in mind simply enter the currency. For instance, “USD in GBP”.

• Exchange rates keep changing, so it is advisable to check the prevailing exchange rate before you make any transactions. The Google calculator may not always give you the updated or accurate rates.
