Step 1
Go online and pull up the homepage of your favorite search engine, such as Google or Yahoo.
-
Step 2
Search for Web sites that list health food restaurants (see below).
-
Step 3
Search for specific restaurants in the search engine. Use keywords such as vegan, vegetarian, raw food, macrobiotic, organic, salads and so on along with the name of your neighborhood or city to find restaurants in your area.
-
Step 4
Look for reviews of popular health food restaurants. Blogs, news sites, personal pages, city guides and testimonials on restaurant Web sites can all provide valuable insights about the quality of food offered at the restaurants.
-
Step 5
Search for other variations on the keywords, such as vegan or vegetarian-friendly restaurant. Some restaurants may not be 100 percent health food restaurants, but may cater to vegans, vegetarians or health food aficionados.
-
Step 6
Visit online food and dining guides such as zagat.com, dinesite.com and restaurantdb.com to learn more about health food restaurants.
