I just wanted to say, i've discovered a natural remedy to stop cold sores. its called LYSINE. Lysine supports a healthy immune system and it helps to alleviate and stop cold sores. My experience: after i purchased the product, at the sign of a tingly or prickly feeling in my mouth area, i opened a lysine capsule and packed the powder on the small bump, and it never became full-blown! i also took 3-4 lysine capsules the same day, and for about 3 consecutive days. The small bump just dried on up. Lysine is a great product for cold sores!

• bottle of lysine from any natural health food store. it's typically priced at $7.95/small bottle of 60-100 capsules. way less expensive than the cold sore products you find in stores, that dont work.

1. open a capsule and pack the powder onto the sore area, let it stay on for as long as possible, all night if possible. you'll notice that the sore will stop forming in its tracks.
2. also take 3-4 capsules about 3-4 days straight, or follow the bottle instructions.
