Step3
Start by visiting search engine sites such as Google.com and look up e-zines pertaining to music online. To get off on a good start, you may want to take a look at Pitchforkmedia.com, Popmatters.com and Stereogum.com. There are many ways to go about finding new music online, but e-zines are probably the best source for seeking out new and hard to find bands.
Step4
Sites like Pitchforkmedia allows some free downloads, so web users can get a taste of a band's song. There are other ways you can do this, and a great a way is to use Myspace.com's music section. Guaranteed more than 95% of the time the band has their own site listed there. If not Myspace.com, you can search for the band's website by using a search engine such as Google.com. Most likely the band's website will have sample clips of their songs or music videos for you to check out.
