Keep a track of received calls by activating the Caller ID feature. Prepare a list of call rejections or selective call acceptance. You can create this list on the Call Blocking feature page of your online account provided by Net2phone.

To activate, dial *60 and hang up the phone. To deactivate, dial *80. Your Caller ID block is now enabled.

To start the selective call acceptance, dial *64 and hang up. To deactivate, dial *84.

Activate anonymous call rejection by dialing *77 and *87 to deactivate. Every time you dial these codes, make sure to hang up the phone after dialing.

Learn how to use call forwarding before activating it. You can use this feature in three ways:
- all calls, which can be directly sent to your voicemail box
- no answer, when calls are routed to voicemail only when nobody picks within a specified number of rings
- busy signal, when all calls receive a busy signal tone -

To activate call forwarding, press *72123 for sending all calls to the voicemail box. Dial *72 followed by the phone number to route all calls to a specific phone number (*73 to deactivate).

Dial *92123 for sending unanswered calls to the voicemail. Dial *92 followed by the phone number to route unanswered calls to a specific number (*93 to deactivate).

Press *68123 for sending all incoming calls to the voicemail when your line is busy. Dial *68 followed by the phone number to route it to a specific number (*88 to deactivate).

Wait for the confirmation. Call forwarding feature will be now enabled. For deactivating it, dial the appropriate code. Wait for the confirmation and hang up the phone.

Apply the Reach Me feature for directing an incoming call to 5 phone lines. If you expect an important call but cannot guarantee which of the lines will be free, then this feature works very well.

Log into your account using the Net2phone Web site to activate this feature.

Activate this feature by dialing *00 and press 3 to administer the list of numbers.

Enter the phone numbers of calling parties you wish to put on the Reach Me list.

Dial *69 by picking up the phone to dial the last received number. This is the Call Return feature. You will be able to hear the phone number before it is dialed. Dial *89 to deactivate the call return feature.

Learn how to use Call Waiting feature. The moment you hear the incoming call tone, press the flash button on your phone. Your first line will be put to hold and you will be connected to the incoming caller. You can choose to stay connected or switch between the two lines by pressing the flash button. None of the calls will be terminated until either party hangs up the phone. If you hang up, you terminate both the calls.

Learn how to use the Do Not Disturb feature. It allows you to relax in hours when you would not like to pick up your VoiceLine phone. Dial *98 and press 1 to enable Do Not Disturb. You will hear a confirmation. To disable it, dial *98 and press 2. Hang up upon hearing the confirmation.

Learn how to use Speed Dials. Press ** and the Speed Dial code you would like to use followed by *, and then the phone number. You can have 1 to 99 numbers on your speed dials.

Learn how to use the service feature of “Account Balance Announcement” This feature keeps you informed on your balance minutes in case you have not opted for an unlimited plan. Dial *02 to hear your balance before making every call (*03 to disable). To hear it once before making a call Dial *04 (*05 to disable).

Set the language of your choice for hearing instructions and directing the callers. To set the language preferences pick up the phone and dial *94.
