Tips & Warnings

  • Whether you choose to update using the 2nd or 3rd step, at the end of the update, a Pop-up window appears next to the Webaroo icon in your system tray mentioning that the Web site has been updated successfully. (For example, if you had chosen to update the Bay Area weather Web site, the pop-up window will say, "Bay Area weather page updated successfully.")
  • The overall updating features offered by Webaroo are: Provides automatic update feature (your Webaroo content gets updated automatically every time you connect back to the Intermet if you selected the Automatic Update option) and lets you be in sync. Lets you do a manual update, too, giving you the option to choose the time and date of update and when you need to update the Web pages or Web packs that you have downloaded. Lets you continue the updates from where you left off if you were in a hurry and had to temporaily disconnect and reconnect later. Lets you reconnect your handheld device to your desktop or laptop to get the necessary updates for the Web pages that are on your mobile device.
