1
Pick a Mountain. Be careful, some Mountains are very cold. Investigate the weather, snow conditions and season length before deciding on a mountain.
-
2
Find a job. You can either work for the mountain or in town. Working for the mountain usually earns you a free ski pass. If you want to work at night, however, you may have better luck finding a job in town.

3
Find a place to live. Look for employee housing through your work first. Try to find an apartment or a condo to rent in town. You can always sleep in your car until you find something better.
-
4
Quit your 9-5, grab some skis and head to the mountains.
