      • 1

Find snow. If there is no snow in your backyard, drive to a higher elevation and load the back of your pick-up truck with snow. Repeat until you have enough for a take off and a landing.

      • 2

Find a launch pad. You need a level surface to load the snow on for your start. Find some plywood or some scaffolding.

      • 3

Put the launchpad at the top of a short slope.

      • 4

Pile snow onto the launchpad and the slope.

      • 5

Find something to use as a rail. You can find a long piece of metal. You can also weld metal together. Make the rail about 10-15 feet long to start. Modify accordingly as you improve.
