Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Before you put that cigarette in your mouth or eat when you’re upset, take a walk instead. Get out and smell the flowers.
Step2
Instead of sitting in front of the TV with your child, go to the park.
Step3
When you have a lunch meeting, suggest a location nearby and walk.
Step4
I know how important shopping is, so park the car a little further. Remember safety first!
Step5
If you feel adventurous, take a hike.
Step6
If you feel a need to reconnect with self, take a walk.
Step7
Father and son time, walk and talk.
Step8
Need a low impact exercise routine, you and a buddy walk it off.
Step9
Your pets need exercise too, take them for a walk.
Step10
We live in the Seattle area so don’t let the weather stop you!

Tips & Warnings

  • There are many ways to deal with stress just walk it off!
