There are many advantages to walking, check out my reasons below.

Instructions
  1. Step 1
     

    Before you put that cigarette in your mouth or eat when you're upset, take a walk instead. Get out and smell the flowers.

  2. Step 2

    Instead of sitting in front of the TV with your child, go to the park.

  3. Step 3

    When you have a lunch meeting, suggest a location nearby and walk.

  4. Step 4
     

    I know how important shopping is, so park the car a little further. Remember safety first!

  5. Step 5

    If you feel adventurous, take a hike.

  6. Step 6
     

    If you feel a need to reconnect with self, take a walk.

  7. Step 7
     

    Father and son time, walk and talk.

  8. Step 8

    Need a low impact exercise routine, you and a buddy walk it off.

  9. Step 9
     

    Your pets need exercise too, take them for a walk.

  10. Step 10
     

    We live in the Seattle area so don't let the weather stop you!

Tips & Warnings
  • There are many ways to deal with stress just walk it off!
