How to Make the Ultimate Fallout 2 Character

Fallout 2 is one of the best RPG's ever produced with a mind-blowing story, superior gameplay and (for the time) excellent graphics. It stays with us because of its high replay value and ability to show us something new every time. In case you ever happened to struggle with characters that couldn't quite make the cut for life in the wastes, here is a character build to help.

Instructions

1. Start a new character, select "Create character."

2. Gender and age are largely irrelevant unless you plan on seducing lots of NPC's.

3. Select Finesse and Gifted as your Traits.

4. Set your Strength to 4.

5. Set your Perception to 8.

6. Set your Intelligence to 7.

7. Set your Agility to 9.

8. Set your Luck to 8.

9. Set Charisma and Endurance with the rest of your points as you like (these stats are not so important for balanced characters.) Endurance will give you a few more Hit Points while Charisma will have a slightly better effect on bartering, seduction and the number of NPC's you can have.

10. Tag Small Guns, Speech and Lockpicking.

11. You are now ready to tackle the woes of the wastes and survive! Once you get going, grab these Perks as soon as you can: Awareness, Bonus Rate of Fire, Sniper.

12. Grab these Perks when you get a chance: Action Boy/Girl, Better Criticals, Gain Agility, Living Anatomy, Quick Pockets.
