Grief can be Brief!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1) Agreement to become deeply relaxed
  • 2) Agreement to want to let go of bad feelings
  • 3) Clarity to talk to a child as to HOW he or she should feel
  • 4) Find and resolve perhaps 10 bad feelings in an hour
  1. Step 1

    Becoming Deeply Relaxed is a matter of very slow breathing and slow heart rate. This is most successful with the techniques of Bio-feedback, but better administrated by a Hypnotherapist.

  2. Step 2

    When deeply relaxed, you can identify a specific bad feeling. Those are essentially experiences or memories which are 'wrapped' with Anger and or Fear.

  3. Step 3

    While deeply relaxed, find yourself talking to a person, or perhaps yourself, or God, seeing them in the EMPTY CHAIR, and resolve a conversation which you've been 'Grinding on'.

  4. Step 4

    Before you start a session, resolve and agree with yourself you will achieve the SHIFT in 10 feelings during that session. Please don't find yourself achieving only ONE. 10 Feelings is an achievable number. Only one feeling will not get the ULTRA BRIEF outcome you would like to have.

Tips & Warnings
  • Most people cannot achieve the level of relaxation necessary by themselves. When your conscious mind is deeply relaxed, that relaxation will not allow the direction necessary. This is why this is a 2 person process.
  • Come to this session without preconcieved outcomes, as you may achieve MORE if you are open for it to occur.

  • Grief can be shortened by a significant period of time with these techniques.
  • Perhaps you may need to see this occur so you may know more completely how these tools are applied.
  • This process is known to resolve grief in a short time. This time frame can vary from one individual to another. With diligence and a series of sessions, perhaps your resolution may be found in 30 days or less. RESULTS VARY. But, the larger number of bad feelings you identify and resolve in a short time, the sooner you'll feel better.
  • There are no warnings in this process, other than asking that you should not associate the deep relaxation with Stage Hypnosis or Religious implications.
  • Being deeply relaxed so that you can focus on ONE THOUGHT at a time to achieve the positive outcome is SAFE.
  • IF something is left un-said there may be undercurrents of bad feelings after the session. These are easily resolved in the next session. Hopefully you are able to start that session immediately.
  • The former concept of "repressed memories" is not an accurate description of how this process occurs. I'm sorry people used to use that term. In reality that 'repressed memory' is actually so thickly wrapped with anger or fear that the origin of the thought was hidden by those emotions.
  • This process does not encourage anyone to stop taking Anti-depressant drugs. But, it is possible for your doctor to re-evaluate your need for antidepressants after 20 bad feelings are resolved. SEE YOUR DOCTOR before changing sprescription levels.
