  • Pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    • 1

      Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees

      Place pumpkin seeds in a strainer and clean off excess pumpkin. It is not necessary to get all of the stringy stuff off, it will cook off.

      Place melted butter and garlic powder in a bowl. Add raw pumpkin seeds and toss.

      Place pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet.

    • 5

      Bake for 45 mintues, stir every 15 minutes until brown.

      After removing out of the oven toss warm seeds with salt and pepper to taste.
