Plan ahead and stick to your daily schedule. Afterwards, prepare for a good night sleep. Not everyone requires eight hours to be well rested the following day. The rule of thumb is to get at least five hours.

Plan and stick to your schedule.

Hit the sack and attempt to get at least five hours of shut-eye.

If at first you can't succeed, just lay in bed. Everyday try going to bed a little bit earlier. Eventually, you will acquire a new habit of falling asleep nice and early.
