How to Lose Weight? Most people want to lose some amount of weight. While there are a wide array of diet pills and diet programs out there they are not always safe or cost efficiant.
Determine a goal you want to get to. Be realistic in your goal and remember weight loss is not easy nor fast. Do some research on healthy weights for your age and height.

Start eating healthy. Cut out fast food and if you do have to go thru the drive-thru omit mayo, cheese, crutons and other like items. Also try throwing away half the bread!

Cook light. Eat skinless chicken breast, lean meats and lots of vegitables. Try using less oil or non-stick spray. Research substitions in cooking such as apple sauce in place of fats like butter or oil. Purchase low fat or fat free dressings, yogurts, cheeses and snacks.

Stop drinking soda and juices filled with sugar. Start drinking water-lots of water! It is recommended that you drink 6-8 8oz glases of water a day.

Get Moving! If you don't have access to a gym try walking to the store, to the park or around the neighborhood. You can do basic sit ups on the floor or use water bottles filled with rocks and/or coins as weights.

Stay motivated and have fun with it! Don't get beat yourself up if you have a set back just remember tommorrow is a new day.

Try frozen diet meals for something quick-just remember they are loaded with sodium
Use a water bottle with a straw to help get all your water in.
Drink diet soda and juices.
Allow yourself 1 day to splurge a little without the guilt.
Reward yourself with good progress!
There will be many temptations at work and/or at home.
The larger the goal the longer it will take to achieve.
Weighing yourself every day will hinder your progess try weighing yourself once a week-more importantly pay attention to how your clothes fit.
