Step1
Organize your materials well, categorize them accordingly and make sure you have a clear heading so viewers know what category you are talking about.
Step2
Set your font size bigger but not too big that it distracts the viewer. Moreover, big fonts are cheesey looking. The idea is to create texts with high legibility yet maintaining sufficient amount of negative space.
Step3
Use & Crop your image accordingly, if a page seems to look too 'cramped up' due to your image, add another page just for the image itself (as long as the image is functional, not just a mere decoration). A picture says a 1000 words and you cant do that during a presentation or you will start hearing snores.
Step4
USE subtle-colored background, emphasize on high contrast between text and background, such as white background and black text. Make it simple, the point of presentation is to transmit information, not showing them how well you can decorate your stuff. And lastly, use bullet points and limit your amount of info on each page.
