Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
Step1
This is the most important step and probably the only one you really need to concentrate on. After each nicotine craving has been satisfied, crush up every cigarette you have and toss them out. But you must crush them to the point that the cigarettes can not be smoked in any fashion. If you can, flush them down a toilet or wet them in some type of manner.
Step2
If you have cravings again, go ahead and buy your pack of cigarettes. Go ahead and smoke your cigarette. Smoke two or three if you have to. But as soon as your craving is satisfied, you must toss out the remaining cigarettes (all of them).
Step3
After spending allot of money in a short amount of time, you will start to resent the money you have spent. You will start to hate cigarettes and soon the thought of smoking will only bring bad feelings and soon you will want that feeling to go away. Therefore you will stop smoking.

on 3/18/2008 I was a pack and a half a day smoker and quit smoking in one 30-minute treatment with laser therapy. I went to a company called Freedom Laser Therapy that provides a pain free low-level laser procedure which helps alleviate nicotine withdrawal symptoms. The staff at Freedom Laser Therapy is dedicated and passionate about helping smokers end their nicotine addiction.
I would really recommend laser therapy to help you quit smoking. Go to their locations page to find a Freedom Laser Therapy clinic or a local quit smoking laser therapy practionioner in your area. http://www.freedomlasertherapy.com
