Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
- 1/4 cup diced sweet peppers, green, red, yellow or combination
- 1 teaspoon salt
- mayonnaise
- parsley sprigs and cherry tomatoes, for garnish, optional

Step 1
Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl

add enough mayonaise to make
it moist. -
Step 3
Grind in some black pepper and add salt to taste.
