Things You’ll Need:

  • Cauliflower 1/8 pound
  • Button mushrooms 0.06 pound
  • Garden peas 1/8 cup
  • Cabbage 0.06 pound 28.69
  • Paneer Pieces (1 inch cubes) 1/8 cup
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoon
  • Salt 1/4 to taste
  • Cashewnut Powder 1/4 tablespoon
  • Paneer Pieces (1 inch cubes) 1/2 cup
  • Tomato Puree 1/8 cup 31.25
  • Cream 1/8 cup
  • Chili Powder (Red Chili Powder) 0.38 teaspoon
  • Pineapple Juice 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cherries (Canned) 5

Step1
Mash paneer cubes and mix well along with a cup of water and Tomoto puree, cream, chilli powder, Pineapple juice, Cherries. Keep aside.
Step2
Roughly chop vegetables and halve mushrooms. Heat oil, add vegetables and salt. Fry on medium high heat until vegetables are half done.
Step3
ow, add the mixture from the bowl to the vegetables and stir slowly.
Step4
Cook on medium heat for another 15 minutes. Stir gently but frequently.

  • Serve hot with nan, paratha or rice.
